狮动设计以“广西师大上海校友会”属性出发进行设计，同时融入上海东方明珠塔元素，下方为黄浦江水波元素，突出璀璨明珠光耀浦江。下方同时为抽象的双手形态，代表友好、团结等含义，符合校友会属性。融入广西师范大学校门及独秀山峰元素，突出母校特征，一目了然。
Lion Design is based on the property of "Guangxi Normal University Shanghai Alumni Association", and at the same time, it integrates the elements of Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower, with the water wave elements of Huangpu River below, highlighting the bright pearl shining on Pujiang River. The bottom is also an abstract two-handed form, which represents the meaning of friendship and unity, and conforms to the attributes of the alumni association.
